NEW DELHI– Over half of the homeowners in the largely inhabited run-down neighborhoods of India’s financial capital of Mumbai had been exposed to the coronavirus and developed antibodies since early July, a city-commissioned research study has discovered, sparking a debate over whether more screening is needed in the city.
